What about Steven? I don't think Sorum fit in as well as Adler did.

the GNR moment has been and gone and for those in the world who didnt know about the lineup changes would get to know soon enough and axl isnt that good that he could hold it all together, he was too unstable the last time round, the album would have to be something special to make an impact an i seriously doubt it

i will agree with you venomous but i think a reunion is going to happen all the same sooner or later black sabbath said they would never play with ozzy or dio again and look at them now, look at van halen there is money to be made and axl mite be a dickhead but hes a money hungry fucker

theres money to be made out of reunions but those bands you mentioned have a great legacy as well as being highly influential on the world of music not just limited to metal, GNR were for the lack of a better term a one hit wonder type of band which made a huge impact when they first hit the scene that the likes of slash and adler have kept alive through their other projects away from GNR, no doubt reunion would generate a fair bit of interest and exceitement among a lot of nostalgia trippers but i doubt they would make any kind of impact compared to the likes of sabbath and zeps

GnR was great but I think that had they not become what they are they would have faded away. They only thing that has kept their legacy alive is what they COULD HAVE BEEN
